1. Application and Surface Purpose

The P120 grit abrasive disc is a key component for finishing initial shaping work. It is perfectly suited for final smoothing of polyester putties before applying primer and for leveling out deeper scratches caused by P80 and P100 grades. It allows for achieving a uniform and perfectly prepared surface for further paint work.

Ideal for processing the following surfaces:

  • Fillers: Polyester putties (shaping and removing deep scratches).
  • Coatings and paints: Old paint coatings, primer sanding, and feather-edging.
  • Wood and composites: Hardwood, wood-based materials, plastics, and laminates.
