The P240 grit abrasive disc is a fine-grained abrasive material designed for precise leveling of transition zones and delicate surface finishing before applying primer. It ensures ideal substrate smoothness, eliminating scratches and preparing the surface for professional topcoat.

Ideally suited for processing the following substrates:

  • Primers and filler primers: Fine leveling of primer surfaces before subsequent processing steps.
  • Lacquers and Old Coatings: Gentle matting and leveling of scratches left by coarser grits.
  • Wood and Composites: Finishing of wood and composite elements requiring a smooth finish.
