1. Application and Surface Purpose

The P500 grit abrasive disc was designed for extremely precise surface finishing immediately before applying waterborne and traditional base coats. The very fine grit allows for a perfectly smooth surface without the risk of visible scratches under delicate paint coatings.

Ideal for processing the following surfaces:

  • Modern waterborne paints: Precise surface matting without the risk of scratches visible under the base coat.
  • Acrylic and polyurethane primers: Final smoothing and micro-matting of difficult, delicate surfaces.
  • Transition zones and shading: Subtle blending of transitions between old and new paint.

INDASA products are hygroscopic. Store on racks in well-ventilated rooms. Recommended air humidity: 55-60%, optimal temperature: 18-21°C.
