Indasa P500 125mm
INDASA Rhynogrip RED LINE Velcro sanding disc 125mm 8H P500
INDASA Rhynogrip RED LINE is an absolute leader in abrasive material technology. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of the modern automotive, furniture, and paint industries, this professional 125 mm Velcro sanding disc with 8 dust extraction holes offers unparalleled performance, operating speed, and exceptionally long service life.
Thanks to the use of innovative bonding technology, RED LINE series discs exhibit significantly higher resistance to the high temperatures generated during intensive sanding compared to standard abrasive materials. This prevents premature wear and allows for the retention of original cutting properties throughout the entire period of use.
Application (What is RED LINE best at?):
- Vehicle painting: final dry matting of acrylic primers before applying base coats (especially water-based ones), preparation of blending zones, removal of minor micro-inclusions.
- Furniture making and restoration: matting of very delicate topcoats and clear coats between successive layers, smoothing high-gloss plastic surfaces.
- Boat building and composites: precise preparation of gelcoat and laminated elements for the polishing process with polishing compounds.

Storage Conditions (Hygroscopicity)
INDASA abrasive materials are produced from hygroscopic raw materials (susceptible to moisture absorption from the environment), which directly affects their flexibility and work efficiency. To maintain their highest quality, it is recommended to:
- Store discs on stable shelves or racks in well-ventilated rooms.
- Maintain relative humidity levels at 55% - 60%.
- Ensure a stable ambient temperature within the 18°C - 21°C range.
🛡️ Liability, OHS, and Safety Conditions

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Respiratory protection: Very fine, airborne dust is created during finishing sanding. It is mandatory to use dust-filtering protective masks and extraction systems.
- Hearing protection: Noise generated during the operation of sanding devices can damage hearing – hearing protection is required.
- Hand protection: Appropriate work gloves should be used to protect hands against abrasions and temperature.
- Storage and Disposal: Keep the product out of the reach of children. The original bulk packaging is not a toy. Used abrasive discs and processing dust should be disposed of responsibly, in accordance with applicable local environmental and waste management regulations.
- Limitation of Liability: The seller and manufacturer are not liable for damages resulting from the use of abrasive discs for purposes other than those intended, the use of damaged sanding tools, or work without the recommended protective equipment.
