1. Application and Surface Purpose

The P600 grit abrasive disc is designed for finishing matting and precise dry smoothing of paint surfaces before applying final coatings. The exceptionally uniform coating guarantees perfect sanding purity, preventing the formation of micro-scratches under clear and solid-color topcoats.

Ideally suited for processing the following substrates:

  • Old and factory paints: Safe surface matting of painted surfaces without the risk of sanding through.
  • Clear coats and base coats: Preparation of shading zones and color transitions.
  • Finishing primers: Final sanding of micro-fillers before topcoating.
