Kovax Max Film Abrasive Disc 152mm P320

Product code: 121-1525 | Size: 152mm | Series: Max Film | Grit: P320

Why choose the Kovax Max Film series?

• Premium film backing: The use of flexible and durable film instead of paper ensures the disc does not deform and maintains edge stability during sanding.

• Uniform sanding pattern: Thanks to precise grain distribution, the P320 grit leaves a perfectly repeatable scratch pattern, which is crucial for the adhesion of subsequent paint layers.

• Anti-Clogging coating: An advanced anti-clogging layer minimizes dust accumulation, allowing for significantly longer use of a single disc without losing aggressiveness.

• Mechanical strength: The disc is tear-resistant, even when working on components with sharp shapes or protruding edges.

Application and surfaces

The P320 grit disc (Max Film) is designed for finishing work in the surface preparation process and sanding fillers on:

• acrylic and primer fillers,

• old paint coatings (matting for base coat),

• plastics and composites,

• wooden and furniture surfaces (inter-coat sanding).

Storage instructions
