Key features of the New Tech Line series

• 15-hole system (15H): A universal hole pattern (14 outer holes + 1 central) ensures compatibility with most sanders on the market and maximum dust extraction, which protects the grit from clogging.

Application and surfaces

A P80 grit disc is a tool for "heavy-duty" tasks and rough processing on:

• Polyester fillers: Fast leveling of large irregularities and profiling.

• Metal: Removing corrosion spots, old paint coatings, and surface cleaning.

• Wood and laminates: Rough sanding of raw material and removal of thick layers of varnish/stain.

• Plastics: Edge processing and leveling of composite surfaces.

Storage instructions

To maintain full Velcro adhesion and paper flexibility:

• Store in the original carton in a dry place.

• Protect from moisture (this prevents the paper from "swelling").

• Optimal temperature: 15-25°C.

• Respiratory protection: Rough sanding generates large amounts of debris – it is essential to use a protective mask and dust extraction systems.

• Eye protection: Use safety glasses when working with rotary tools.

• Hand protection: It is recommended to use work gloves due to the aggressiveness of the P80 grit.
