APP WS/WSR 222 is an abrasive non-woven fabric with an open three-dimensional structure of non-woven nylon fiber nets soaked in resin, with high-quality abrasive material applied by spraying.
APP WS/WSR 222 abrasive non-woven pads are an ideal replacement for classic abrasive materials
Medium-grit (grain 320-360):
- thickness 8mm
- aluminum oxide grain
- surface preparation (matting) before priming
- preparation of plastic surfaces and polyester laminates
- matting of new parts (cataphoresis)
- in the preparation process for joining (soldering) copper pipes
Advantages:
- open three-dimensional fiber structure prevents the non-woven pad from clogging, which extends its service life
