1. Application and Surface Purpose
The 3M Trizact 6000 abrasive disc represents the highest level of finishing in micro-replication abrasive technology. The P6000 foam disc is designed to maximally shallow out traces left by the Trizact 3000 step. It transforms a rough surface after sanding into an exceptionally smooth, satin base, allowing for a high gloss finish with minimal machine effort.
Ideally suited for the following applications:
- Super-finishing of clear coat: Removes fine dullness after step 3000, preventing the formation of so-called "reappearing scratches" after polishing.
- Polishing process optimization: Allows for skipping heavy cutting compounds in favor of more delicate finishing polishes and pads.
- Working with water mist: Requires only light surface wetting, which prevents clogging and overheating of the paint.

Store in a dry and clean environment at a temperature of 15-25°C. Protect against direct hydraulic pressure and foam deformation.
