1. Application and Surface Purpose

The P100 grit abrasive disc provides a smooth bridge between rough and finishing work. It works perfectly for precision leveling of polyester putties, mitigating scratches created by coarser grains (P60/P80), and for preparing surfaces for primers or subsequent, finer grits (e.g., P120/P180).

Ideally suited for processing the following substrates:

  • Fillers: Polyester putties (precision edge fitting and surface leveling).
  • Coatings and paints: Sanding old lacquer layers, primers, and painted surfaces.
  • Wood, metals, and composites: Raw wood, metal parts, fiberglass, and laminates.
