1. Application and Purpose

An abrasive disc with P180 grit is a proven standard for final surface preparation before applying filler primers. It effectively removes scratches left by coarser grits (P120/P150), ensuring optimal paint coating adhesion without the risk of later sinking.

Ideally suited for working on the following substrates:

  • Fillers: Finishing sanding of polyester putties right before priming.
  • Coatings and paints: Matting factory finishes and removing minor imperfections.
