INDASA Red Line 125mm 8H P320 | Hook & Loop Abrasive Disc | Tom-Mix

INDASA Rhynogrip RED LINE 125mm 8H P320 Hook & Loop Abrasive Disc

INDASA Rhynogrip RED LINE is an absolute leader in abrasive material technology. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of the modern automotive, furniture, and painting industries, this professional hook & loop abrasive disc with a diameter of 125 mm and 8 dust extraction holes offers unparalleled efficiency, operating speed, and exceptionally long service life.

Thanks to the use of innovative bonding technology, the RED LINE series discs exhibit significantly greater resistance to high temperatures generated during intensive sanding compared to standard abrasive materials. This prevents premature wear and allows for the maintenance of original cutting properties throughout their entire period of use.

Application (What does RED LINE handle best?):

  • Automotive Refinishing: dry finishing sanding of acrylic primers, removing small dust inclusions before applying base coat, matting shading areas.
  • Furniture and Carpentry: matting primers and clear coats between successive layers, precise processing of delicate veneers and precious woods.
  • Composites and Plastics: precise smoothing and surface preparation of gelcoats and laminates before polishing or applying the final finish.

Storage Conditions (Hygroscopicity)

INDASA abrasive materials are produced from hygroscopic raw materials (susceptible to absorbing moisture from the environment), which directly affects their flexibility and work efficiency. To maintain their highest quality, it is recommended to:

  • Store the discs on stable racks or shelves in well-ventilated rooms.
  • Maintain relative air humidity at a level of 55% - 60%.
  • Ensure a stable ambient temperature within the range of 18°C - 21°C.

🛡️ Liability, Health & Safety, and Safety Conditions

  • Personal Protective Equipment:
    • Respiratory protection: Fine dust of high velocity and concentration is generated during sanding. It is mandatory to use dust-filtering protective masks and extraction systems.
    • Hearing protection: Noise generated during the operation of sanding equipment can damage hearing – hearing protection is required.
    • Hand protection: Appropriate work gloves should be worn to protect hands from abrasions and temperature.
  • Storage and Disposal: Keep the product out of the reach of children. The original bulk packaging is not a toy. Used abrasive discs and post-processing dust should be disposed of responsibly in accordance with current local environmental protection and waste management regulations.
  • Limitation of Liability: The seller and manufacturer are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the abrasive discs, the use of damaged sanding tools, or work without the recommended protective equipment.
