1. Application and Surface Purpose

The very coarse P40 grit disc is dedicated to heavy preparatory work and the rapid removal of excess material. It acts as an essential tool in body shops, carpentry workshops, and the metal industry.

Ideally suited for working on the following substrates:

  • Coatings and paints: Old paint layers, hard clear coats, and painted substrates.
  • Fillers: Polyester fillers, primers, and surfacers.
  • Laminates and metals: Fiberglass, gelcoats, as well as raw and primed metal.
