The Kovax Tolex K-1500 sanding disc is an innovative micro-abrasive material designed for completely dry sanding and finishing of painted surfaces. Thanks to its special binder structure and micro-grains, it eliminates imperfections, dust, and paint runs with the precision required in detailing and automotive refinishing.

Ideally suited for the following applications:

Removing inclusions and dust: Rapid leveling of point paint defects without disturbing the surrounding structure.
Leveling scratches: Smoothing out micro-scratches left by coarser abrasives (e.g., P800 / P1200) before the next processing step.
Correcting paint structure: Subtly leveling orange peel while maintaining full control over the clear coat thickness.

Storage Conditions

Kovax foil/micro-abrasive materials must be protected from mechanical dust contamination. Store in a dry place in the original packaging at a temperature of: 15-25°C.

Personal Protective Equipment

Despite micro-sanding, paint dust is released into the environment. It is recommended to use a respiratory mask, safety goggles, and dust extraction.
