VOKE Benzene-Free Extraction Solvent – Extraction Naphtha

A high-quality VOKE brand extraction solvent (extraction naphtha) is an essential professional chemical preparation for every paint shop, body shop, mechanical service center, and home garage. It was created primarily for the effective degreasing and thorough cleaning of surfaces before painting, bonding, or priming processes. It perfectly removes grease, stubborn oils, lubricants, and waxes. The solvent leaves no greasy film or streaks, which guarantees ideal adhesion for subsequent layers of primers and topcoats.

• Painting and Auto Detailing: Professional degreasing of steel, aluminum, galvanized, and plastic elements directly before applying primer, base coat, or clear coat.
• Cleaning tools and equipment: Fast and effective cleaning of spray guns, brushes, spatulas, and heavily soiled machine parts and vehicle components.
• Diluting chemical products: Precise reduction of the working viscosity of oil, phthalic, and asphalt products, as well as lubricants and waxes.

How to use:

• Cleaning and degreasing: Apply the preparation using a clean, lint-free cloth, microfiber wipe, or brush. After wiping the contaminated area, immediately wipe the surface dry with a second, clean cloth (two-cloth method).
• Diluting: Add in small portions directly to the product being diluted, stirring the entire volume continuously until the desired working viscosity is reached (in accordance with the main product manufacturer's guidelines).

Storage and Safety Instructions

Storage: The product should be stored only in tightly closed, original manufacturer packaging. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated room. Protect from direct sunlight, heat sources, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources.

Safety (HSE): Highly flammable product. Solvent vapors can form explosive mixtures with air. During work, ensure efficient ventilation of the workstation. Use personal protective equipment: a protective mask with an organic vapor filter, safety goggles, and work gloves resistant to hydrocarbon solvents. The product is intended for professional and industrial use only. Keep out of reach of children.
